Het Beste Werkgeversonderzoek is een initiatief van Effectory en VNU Vacature Media en is dit jaar voor de elfde keer uitgevoerd met als doel om een objectief oordeel te kunnen vellen over werkgeverschap in Nederland. Ruim 300 organisaties hebben deelgenomen aan dit onafhankelijke onderzoek. In totaal hebben 190.000 respondenten hun mening gegeven. Met trots mogen wij vermelden dat wij zijn geëindigd op een fantastisch mooie 2e plaats!

Chambers Client Service Award

De awards worden uitgereikt door Chambers &Chambers Partners, een onafhankelijke organisatie die wereldwijd advocatenkantoren vergelijkt, mede op basis van beoordelingen van cliënten. Elk kantoor wordt beoordeeld op prestaties van de afgelopen jaren, de strategische groei en de bediening van de cliënten. Met name factoren als reactiesnelheid, servicekwaliteit, toewijding, branchekennis en expertise wegen zwaar mee in de beoordeling.

Loflist Beste Werkgevers voor Werkende ouders 2010

Afbeelding2Lof maakte, voor het derde achtereenvolgende jaar, de Loflist 100 Beste Werkgevers voor Werkende Ouders bekend. Deze lijst is ondertussen een referentiekader geworden voor organisaties die herkend en erkend willen worden voor hun inzet om werknemers de voor hen optimale balans tussen carrière en familie te helpen vinden.

Op 11 oktober jl. is de Loflist 100 Beste Werkgevers voor Werkende Ouders 2010 bekend gemaakt tijdens het Lof Inspiratie Event ‘Het Nieuwe Werken’ in ING House te Amsterdam. De lijst is overhandigd aan Esther Raats, directeur van Talent naar de Top en Agnes Jongerius, voorzitter FNV.

Wij kunnen met trots melden dat Kennedy Van der Laan, net als vorig jaar, weer op deze lijst staat. Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en ruimte voor een leven naast het werk staan bij ons dan ook hoog in het vaandel.
