Samenwerken met advocatenkantoren in het buitenland

Voor onze cliënten werken wij vrijwel dagelijks samen met advocatenkantoren in het buitenland. Kennis van de lokale markt, het nationale juridische kader en de plaatselijke mores is essentieel. Daarom onderhouden wij nauwe banden met bevriende advocatenkantoren in vrijwel de gehele wereld. Op deze manier kunnen we flexibel zijn, lokale expertise snel inschakelen en dus voor onze cliënten één aanspreekpunt zijn voor grensoverschrijdende juridische werkzaamheden.

Het biedt ons tevens de mogelijkheid om onze eigen cliënten naar betrouwbare en gekwalificeerde partners te verwijzen als zij hulp nodig hebben op gebieden die buiten ons eigen werkterrein liggen. Net een stapje verder gaan voor onze cliënt, dat is wat ons onderscheidt van de anderen.

We werken ook (niet exclusief) met internationale netwerken van kantoren, zoals ALFA International,  ITechLaw (IT) of BioLegis (Life Sciences). Daarnaast zijn diverse advocaten aangesloten bij de International Bar Association.

Uiteraard beschikken onze advocaten over een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal. Om aan de specifieke taalvoorkeur van cliënten tegemoet te komen heeft Kennedy Van der Laan een German, French en Italian Desk.

Customized Alliance – juridische maatwerkoplossing voor multinationals

Voor multinationals in Europa hebben wij ervaring met het opzetten van een “op maat gemaakt” netwerk van advocatenkantoren, Customized Alliance. Hierdoor is de cliënt niet perse gebonden aan een vestiging van een single-brand opererend advocatenkantoor.
