The Commercial Real Property Team assists in, inter alia, the acquisition and sale of real property. We will make our involvement as clear as possible to you. We will support the negotiations prior to the purchase and will assist in the drafting of the contracts.
The Commercial Real Property Team also has specialized knowledge in the field of leasing and renting, use and redevelopment. With this knowledge we may lend pro-active assistance to the various parties engaging in the commercial and sustainable exploitation of real property. These parties may be investors or big professional lessors, but also parties that are regular lessees of business premises.
