Art and Culture

“The art and culture team consists of a variable group of attorneys.”

Everyone at Kennedy Van der Laan is favourably disposed towards art and culture. The attorneys of the Art and Culture team frequently give their best efforts to help art institutions.

A Variable Group of Attorneys

Depending on the problem of the client, the attorneys making up the Art and Culture team of Kennedy Van der Laan will vary. Administrative-law attorneys often advise and litigate for art companies and foundations that are dealing with grants. Employment-law attorneys do the same for such companies in the field of dismissal law and employment contracts. In the case of bankruptcies, it is the corporate-law team who offer their help. When a case has to do with copyright, our Intellectual Property team will be involved.

It is this joining of forces and expertise that makes the Art and Culture team a strong and sound team, which is able to provide you with substantive and pragmatic advice on a wide range of problems that may occur within your sector.
