In his practice, Joost offers both litigation and advice about capital markets and financial regulation. He mostly represents international banks and other financial business.

In 2011 and 2014 Joost was seconded to the legal departments of SNS Reaal and ABN AMRO BANK. Momentarily he is a member of the VVFR (Association For Financial Law) and AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).

• Frequently assesses “high risk” clients of major Dutch banks and frequently represents financial institutions in related litigation proceedings.
